Who Are You?
Our lead carpenters are highly skilled craftsmen with great people skills to match. If you have perfected the art of carpentry, you want to work with this team. We guarantee you will learn new things.

Job Details
- $65,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Company matched 401k retirement plan.
- 2 Weeks paid vacation

- 10+ years of residential carpentry experience.
- Proficient in framing & Finish work
- Good team working skills, you will often be working with others.
- Kind, friendly, personable demeanor. We love working with positive people. So do our clients.
- Controlled work hours – we have families and we like to spend time with them. Our work should enhance our lives, not take away from them.
- You’ll be able to work close to home. Most of our work is in town or within a 15 minute drive to Chatham. Typically that is Orleans, Harwich, and Chatham.
- You’ll work with people that like, respect and support each other. We’re a small company of 8 people, we all work hard and have fun while we do.
