Originally this property was home to a smaller, outdated, and structurally deficient home. Although the homeowners had used the existing home for years and explored doing major renovations they opted to tear the existing home down and start from the ground up. Set back in the woods on Lover’s Lake in Chatham, they were looking for something less traditional to the Cape Cod. The exterior of the home has arched gable ends, flying eaves, and a combination of screened porches, covered sitting areas, and decks. The forest green trim compliments the red cedar siding. This home features 5 fireplaces spread throughout the interior and exterior of the house. The interior of the home is all fir trim and cabinetry. The elevator covers all three floors of living, including the finished basement, featuring a theater, sauna, and splash shower.
